Students aged 16–18 who are curious about more than one subject, whether they are narrowing down a university choice, pursuing several existing interests, or looking for a broad academic challenge before sixth form ends.
Three: one subject from Morning A, one from Morning B and one Power Skills workshop. The Morning A and Morning B lists are entirely separate, so no combination repeats a subject.
No. Broadening Horizons is designed for students meeting most of these subjects for the first time. Classes begin from first principles and build quickly.
Choices are confirmed after booking, and our advisors are happy to talk them through. Popular subjects can fill, so earlier applications have the widest choice.
Two weeks, running across the summer in Oxford. Students live in residence throughout and take part in the full academic and social programme.
Students should be comfortable studying and discussing ideas in English. If you are unsure whether a student’s level is right, our advisors can help you judge.
Students live in a supervised residence with a dedicated team available around the clock, including outside teaching hours and during the evening social programme.
Tuition, accommodation, meals, the full social programme and all course materials. Flights, travel insurance and personal spending are not included.
