Explore Artificial Intelligence is a two-week residential course built for inquisitive 12 to 15 year olds who want to understand how the technology of the future actually works, and where it can take them. What makes our programme different is Academy Royale International's hands-on approach to learning. You’re building AI, training it, and putting it to the test, every single day. If you want a taste of what makes this course different, look no further than our first workshop. After exploring the fundamentals of AI (what it is, how it differs from traditional programming, and why it has become so influential) you’ll train your own machine learning model to recognise your handwriting. Guided by experts, you’ll apply the principles of pattern recognition using interactive tools like Google’s Teachable Machine or pre-built datasets, watching machine learning happen in real time. This will be one of many moments with us where the theory just clicks. You’ll understand not just what these tools can do, but how they get there.

Our first module is typical of the course as a whole: hands-on, immersive, and built to leave you thinking differently about the technology you use every day. By the end, you’ll have trained your own models, tested your own prompts, debated real-world dilemmas, and pitched an AI solution of your own to industry professionals.
